Third Athletics Giving Challenge - Day 2 Leaderboard

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian University Athletics is hosting its third Athletics Giving Challenge that runs from October 28-November 7. The Greyhounds have 435 donors over two days of the challenge raising more than $35,000.

The softball team leads the list with 92 donors for more than $8,200. The women's soccer squad has a total of 61 donors, ahead of the women's basketball had 58 donors for over $3,100. The men's soccer and field hockey programs are two donors apart, with men's soccer having 36 and field hockey had 34 donors. The men's basketball team had 30 donors while both the fottball and baseball programs each had 19 donors after day two of the athletics giving challenge. The Blue & Grey Club, football, golf, men's soccer, men's tennis, softball and women's basketball all surpassed $2,000 after two days, while the baseball, field hockey, men's basketball and women's soccer programs all eclipsed $1,000.

There are different ways to be involved, donors can make a donation to the general account to help with departmental-wide needs or select a program that they feel most passionate about. To make a donation, visit moravian.edu/backthepack and help us reach our goal of 1,700 donors in 11 days.
