
RICHMOND, Va. --- The Moravian University men's and women's swimming squads has been named by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) as a Scholar All-America Teams for the 2024 Spring semester. The women posted a GPA of 3.50 to earn the honor while the men had a 3.00 GPA.
In total, 772 teams from 417 colleges and universities earned the honor, and those teams represent 17,162 student-athletes.
The Greyhounds, who are guided by Director of Swimming Matt Easterday, completed their third season as a varsity program in 2023-24 with the women's squad winning a pair of dual matches and scoring 62 points at the 2024 Landmark Conference Championships while the men earned 12 points in the conference meet.
The women's program was honored for the fifth time as a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team while the men's squad received the honor for the first time in program history.
