The information below is a checklist for all Moravian University student-athletes as they prepare for the upcoming academic year. The forms in each section assist the athletic department, sports medicine and athletic communications in making sure that all of the needed information is current before the first practice of each new season. Please take the time to fill out the forms in each section depending on if you are coming to Moravian for the first time or a returning student-athlete.
