BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Members of the Moravian College men's basketball and women's soccer teams participated in The Cops 'n Kids Reading Festival on the south side of Bethlehem on Saturday, April 18.
The women's soccer team conducted a soccer station where each child tried to knock down as many bowling pins as possible with a kick of a soccer ball, and also provided hands on the clean-up crew after the festival ended.
The men's basketball team split up into three groups and worked shifts throughout the day. New Head Coach Justin Potts led the morning set up crew, the afternoon was run by none other than retiring Head Coach Jim Walker. That group provided a basketball obstacle course activity station and helped with the cleaning up and breaking down the event.
