Sarah Coelho, MS, LAT, ATC, CSCS earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Concord University and a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training – Advanced Clinical Practice from East Stroudsburg University. Prior to her appointment to the Moravian College staff in August 2018, Coelho served as the Head Athletic Trainer at Penn State - Brandywine for Novacare Rehabilitation. She has also worked as an athletic trainer at Williams College for the women’s soccer, wrestling and track and field teams. Prior to Williams College, Sarah was the head athletic trainer at Boone High School in the Orange County Public Schools in Orlando, Florida where she also taught Sports Medicine courses. She has additionally worked as an athletic trainer for Disney cast members and at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. 

Coelho has served as a Clinical Preceptor for several CAATE Accredited Athletic Training Programs. Coelho also holds certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Coelho volunteers as an exam development item writer for the Board of Certification and is involved with the NATA LGBTQ+ Pennsylvania committee and the NATA AT Cares program.
