Mike Rudock joined the Moravian College equipment staff in August of 2017 after graduating from Kutztown University with a Bachelor's in business/leadership in sports studies. He worked as a student equipment manager for all 19 of the Bears' athletic teams. Rudock was also an equipment intern for the Philadelphia Soul (AFL) during the 2017 season.

Rudock graduated from Hatboro Horsham High School in 2013 and lettered in football and bowling for four years.
