Nick Smull, LAT, ATC, CSCS is in his first year as the assistant director of student-athlete performance. After serving as an Outreach Athletic Trainer through Coordinated Health for two years, Nick became an Associate Athletic Trainer four four years before taking a position with Coordinated Health in January 2017.

Nick is a native of Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania, where he graduated from Pleasant Valley High School. He studied at the University of Pittsburgh and received his BS in Athletic Training in 2011.  Nick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He also became certified as an EMT-Basic through the Western Pennsylvania Center for Emergency Medicine.

He is licensed as an athletic trainer in the state of Pennsylvania, holds a national certification as an athletic trainer through the BOC, and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, the Eastern Athletic Trainers’ Association, the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers’ Society, and National Strength and Conditioning Association.
