BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian College Director of Athletics Scot Dapp will be a guest on The Happy Hour Radio Show on the Lehigh Valley's ESPN Radio Station - WEEX 1230 AM and WTKZ 1320 AM on Friday, February 10th between 6 & 6:30 p.m. to discuss the proposed rule changes from the NCAA Football Rules Committee that Dapp chairs.
