BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- This past Sunday morning, members of the Moravian College men's and women's track & field teams and cheerleading squad helped the 3,200 competitors in the Runner's World half marathon as they passed down Main Street in front of campus.
The student-athletes manned the water table on the corner of Main and Elizabeth Avenues and provided encouragement to all the runners including alum Craig Neiman '97, who finished 16th in a time of 1:22.10.
"As the runners ran past Moravians campus, the girls cheered them on," stated head cheerleading coach Ashley Stone. "It was a great day for a race and the cheerleaders were excited to be a part of it."
