Former Moravian College outfielder Joey Connell '14 returns to the Greyhounds' staff for a fourth straight year in 2019. Connell was a four year player for Moravian. Over his career, Connell played in 130 games in the outfield. At the plate Connell had a .327 career batting average with 161 hits, 31 doubles, eight triples, two home runs and 94 RBIs. Connell also stole 41 bases in his career. He earned the ABCA / Rawlings Mid-Atlantic Region Gold Glove First Team honors as well as 3rd Team ABCA All-Region selection.
