Joe Forcellini, who will be in his third season with the Greyhounds in 2020, is a 2015 graduate of Centenary College of NJ (now University) and was a four-year starter for the Cyclones primarily at shortstop. He found himself on the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) All-Conference list three times. In 2012, Forcellini was named to the All-Conference Second Team, while also earning a spot on the NJCBA Rookie Team. In 2013, CSAC player of the year, First Team All-Conference, NJCBA Division II/III Third Team All-State, ECAC First Team All-Star and D3Baseball.com Second Team All-Mid-Atlantic Region at Shortstop. In 2014, D3Baseball.com First Team All-Mid-Atlantic Region Shortstop, ABCA/Rawlings First Team All-Mid-Atlantic Region Shortstop, ECAC South Region First Team All-Star, Frist Team All-CSAC, NJCBA Second Team All-State.

Upon graduating 2015 with a degree in Business Management, Forcellini was top-10 in every offensive category in Cyclone History including first in hits (196) and At bats (516), second in runs with 135 and triples 13, third in total bases with 285 and doubles at 36, fourth in batting average at .380 and on-base percentage at .456, fifth in games played at 139, sixth in RBI with 101, stolen bases with 29 and slugging percentage at .552, ninth in walks with 64. In 2015, he received schools Cardy Gemma Award for most outstanding four-year athletic career.

The end of the 2018 season marked the 25th anniversary for the CSAC conference. Forcellini was recognized as one the top-25 student athletes over the last 25 years of conference existence for baseball.

In the summer Forcellini played for the Allentown Railers for three seasons in the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League (ACBL) from 2012-14. Was named the 2013 ACBL MVP and selected to the All-Star game in both the 2013 and 14 seasons.

Forcellini spent the 2016-17 season coaching with Gwynedd Mercy University of the CSAC Conference while working with the infielders and hitters. Helping GMU to 23-16 record and a CSAC playoff berth.
