Bracken & McLaughlin Named to Centennial Conference Weekly Honor Roll

LANCASTER, Pa. --- Junior linebacker Kevin Bracken and sophomore wide receiver Will McLaughlin of the Moravian College football team earned helmet stickers for being on the Centennial Conference Weekly Honor Roll after their performances in the Greyhounds' 27-14 loss to Juniata College Saturday.

Bracken led the Greyhounds' defense with 13 tackles including Moravian's only tackle for loss in the game, and Bracken added an interception, his team-leading third of the season that he returned 18 yards. The Greyhounds forced four turnovers in the game with three interceptions and a fumble recovery the defense scored on.

"Kevin had another very productive game," stated Head Coach Jeff Pukszyn. "He really works hard at being a complete player and his work ethic in practice shows on game day."

McLaughlin caught a season-high seven passes for 89 yards including a 22-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter.

"The past three weeks, Will has been healthy after battling some nagging injuries and you can see the difference in his production," Pukszyn said. "He is a big target for Robbie Moyer, and he is a very physical player."

Moravian will close out the 2013 season with a Centennial Conference game at Muhlenberg College kicking off at 1:00 p.m. at Scotty Wood Stadium in Allentown.
