Hounds Headed to Ursinus Saturday

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College football team will make the short trip to Collegeville, Pennsylvania on Saturday to battle Ursinus College in a Centennial Conference game kicking off at 1:00 p.m. at Patterson Field.

The Hounds are looking to finish the first half of the season with a 4-1 record for the first time since 2008. Moravian's offense is averaging 388.2 yards per game this year behind the potent running attack of sophomore Chris Negron and freshman Eli Redmond, who are combining for 171.8 yards per contest on the ground.

The defense has forced 11 turnovers through the first four games of the season with junior cornerback Jimmy McCarthy leading the squad with three interceptions in his first season no the defensive side of the ball including one last week in the end zone versus Dickinson College (see photo).
