Hounds Headed to Gettysburg on Saturday

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College football team continues its three-game road trip on Saturday, November when the Greyhounds make the trip out to Gettysburg College for a Centennial Conference contest slated for 1:00 p.m. at Shirk Field at Musselman Stadium in Gettysburg.

The Hounds will be on the road for the second straight weekend are looking for their first road win of the season. Moravian is averaging 359.1 yards per game on offense including 202.7 on the ground, and the Hounds have a +4 in turnovers with 15 takeaways and only 11 giveaways this fall.

Moravian's 102-player roster includes 23 seniors this season. Three of those seniors have registered over 100 career tackles led by linebacker Kevin Bracken at 231 and followed by defensive back Ricky Sinnig with 177 and linebacker Ed Buoye at 110. The other members of the senior class have a chance to reach the milestone this week with defensive back Chris McGrath at 96 tackles, defensive lineman Andrew Richmond at 95 tackles and linebacker Richard Kugel at 94 tackles. Of the 23 seniors, 18 of them have recorded at least one tackle in their careers, mainly on defense or special teams.
