BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Members of the Moravian College football team spent part of the morning Friday, March 3 at Asa Packer Elementary School participating in the annual Read Across America for Dr. Seuss birthday.

"This is an event that our players really look forward each year," stated Head Coach Jeff Pukszyn. "Our players enjoy the interaction with the elementary students including reading to them and talking about anything the kids have to ask."

The six players took time to visit classrooms from kindergarten to fifth grade in the school and read books to the classes.

Junior Kyle Conroy, sophomores Frank Dangello, Steve Ewald, George Haddad and Nick Tone and freshman Tim Valentine represented the Greyhounds on the trip. Conroy, Tone and Haddad made the trip for the second straight year.
