Dear Greyhound:

After shoveling snow for what seems like the last 2 months straight I am really enjoying writing you a letter about our 4th Annual Greyhound Gridiron Golf Outing. This year we are changing things up and we will be teeing it up at Bethlehem Municipal Golf Course. We think this is going to be a more convenient location for everyone as well as a little better date.

This year’s outing will be held Saturday, May 31st with a 1 pm shotgun start. Registration will begin at 11:30am. Course website and address are at the bottom of this letter.

The cost of the day is $100 which includes range balls, participant gift, a Pro Shop Credit, golf, cart, beverages and dinner following golf. As always there will be an assortment of prizes awarded to the top teams as well as the winners of competitions such as Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Golden Ball and more.

This year we are adding a couple options for those of you who do not golf. If you are able to attend on the 31st and would like to come to meet up with old teammates and friends we would like to invite you to be our guest for dinner only at a cost of $35 dollars.

If you are unable to attend please consider sponsoring a hole. We have dropped the price this year to $50 for an Individual Sponsorship and $100 for a Business/Corporate Sponsorship. Each sponsorship will include your name and/or company logo on a custom made sign.

Both the player registration and sponsorship forms can be downloaded and completed on your computer and e-mailed to CLeavenworth@moravian.edu or printed and mailed back with payment to the address on the forms. If you e-mail your form please mail payment to the address.

Please have your registration filled out and sent back with payment as early as possible. The last day to register will be Wednesday, May 21st.

This is a great way to support the 2014 Greyhound Football Team and have a lot of fun while doing it. Everyone please pass the word and get ahold of old teammates and Friends and let’s make this year’s Greyhound Gridiron Golf Outing the best one yet!
