ALLENTOWN, Pa. --- Moravian College senior goalie Megan Kanyuk became just the second player in school history to reach 500 career saves with 25 stops Wednesday evening in the Greyhounds' 9-0 non-conference loss at Muhlenberg College.
Kanyuk has made 206 saves in 2016, just four shy of her school record set last fall, and she has 508 career saves, second only to Amanda Gaun's 669 stops. Sophomore defender Emily Duddy added a defensive save for the Greyhounds Wednesday.
Moravian is scheduled to close out its 2016 season with a Landmark Conference match at Susquehanna University beginning at 1:00 p.m.
