TOWSON, Md. --- The Moravian College field hockey squad dropped a 9-0 decision at Goucher College in Landmark Conference action Saturday afternoon.

Freshman midfielder Erica Heaney put a pair of shots on the goalie during the match but was unable to get either past the Gophers' keeper.

The Greyhounds used all three of their freshman goalies in the contest with Ashley Kunsman making seven saves in 35 minutes of action, Sabrina Masone recording three stops in 19 minutes of action and Samantha DeRogatis earning four saves in 16 minutes in the cage as she saw her first action of the season.

Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Wednesday, October 11 when the squad hosts Elizabethtown College in a Landmark Conference contest beginning at 4:30 p.m. on John Makuvek Field in Bethlehem.
