Greyhounds Fall at Juniata in Final Road Game of 2017 Campaign

HUNTINGDON, Pa. --- The Moravian College field hockey team dropped its final road match of the 2017 season, falling to host Juniata College, 3-0, in Landmark Conference action Saturday.

The first half went back-and-forth with Moravian freshman defender Nicole Grayuski putting a shot on the cage in the 18th minute. However, it would be the Eagles that headed into the intermission with a 1-0 lead. Juniata added two tallies in the first eight minutes of the second half.

Moravian freshman keeper Ashley Kunsman made nine saves for the Hounds to increase her season total to 157 saves.

The Greyhounds will close out their 2017 season on Saturday, October 28 when the Hounds host Susquehanna University in a Landmark Conference match beginning at 1:00 p.m. on John Makuvek Field as Moravian hosts its annual Senior Day.
