Greyhounds Fall at Catholic in Landmark Conference Action

WASHINGTON, D.C. --- The Moravian College field hockey team fell at The Catholic University of America, 3-0, in Landmark Conference action Saturday evening.

The Cardinals took an early lead in the third minute and added goals in the 20th and 22nd minutes for a 3-0 halftime lead.

Greyhounds' sophomore goalie Ashley Kunsman recorded seven saves in 57 minutes of action while sophomore keeper Sabrina Masone had two saves in the final 13 minutes of the contest.

Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Tuesday, October 23 when the squad plays its final non-conference contest of 2018 versus Marywood University beginning at 7:00 p.m. on John Makuvek Field with the Greyhounds also hosting their Pink Game.
