GENEVA, N.Y. --- Moravian University senior midfielder Emily Wells has been selected as an alternate for the 2022 Victory Sports Tours/National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division III Senior Game on Saturday, November 19.

This year, the Senior Game will take place in conjunction with the NCAA Division III Field Hockey National Championship in Glassboro, New Jersey at Rowan University, with the contest projected to begin at 2:00 p.m. that Saturday.

Wells is one of 13 alternates to the 60 seniors selected to participate in the Senior Game. The alternates will move into the spots of any of the selected student-athletes that are unable to compete on November 19 including those competing in the national championships.

Wells became the 15th player in program history to reach 50 career points earlier this fall. She has 16 goals and 18 assists, which ranks fifth all-time for the Greyhounds, in 49 career matches, and Wells has netted four game-winning goals.

Moravian is slated to close out the 2022 regular season on Saturday, October 29 with a Landmark Conference match beginning at 6:30 p.m. on John Makuvek Field as the Greyhounds celebrate Senior Day. The Hounds can clinch a berth in the 2022 Landmark Conference Tournament with a victory in the contest.
