BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Senior Maddie Call from the Moravian University field hockey team has been named as this week's Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger for her performance last week.
Call, a midfielder, netted the only goal for the Greyhounds in Moravian's 1-0 win over top seed The University of Scranton in the 2022 Landmark Conference Semifinals last Wednesday to give the Hounds the program's first-ever berth in the conference championship match. Moravian fell to The Catholic University of America in the final.
The Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger is selected on Mondays by Moravian's athletic department leadership team.
