WYOMING, Del. --- The Moravian College golf team competed in the opening round of the 2nd Annual Andrew Geyer Memorial Tournament hosted by Wesley College at the Wild Quail Golf Club.

Junior Tyler Smith is tied third of the 32 golfers with an opening round of 78 while junior Kevin Kunkle is tied for sixth with an 80. Senior Dan Leppert had an 85 in the first round to tie 17th while sophomore Joe Rochelle is tied for 19th after an opening round of 86. Sophomore Kody Long rounded out the Moravian line-up with an 89 on the first day of competition.

The second round of the Andrew Geyer Memorial Tournament is set for Sunday, October 23 at the Wild Quail Golf Club.
