Junior D.J. Strayhorn Ranked in Top 50 of NCAA DIII in Three Statistical Categories

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Junior guard D.J. Strayhorn (Swiftwater, PA/Pocono Mountain East) of the Moravian College men's basketball team is ranked in the top 50 of the three statistical categories in NCAA Division III.

Strayhorn is ranked 16th in the nation with an 88.8 (71-of-80) free throw percentage. He 37th in the country with 20.2 points per game, and tied for 39th with 2.4 steals per game.

On the season, Strayhorn ranks first on the team with 39 steals and second with 53 assists. He is also 43 points away from 1,000 for his collegiate career. He has scored 646 points with Moravian in two season and 311 points at Marywood University as a freshman.

The Greyhounds return to action this Friday, January 27th when they travel to Landmark Conference foe Goucher College for a 7:30 p.m. start time.
