Men's Basketball Adds McCaffrey to Coaching Staff

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's basketball program has added Bill McCaffrey to its staff as an assistant coach.

"We're excited to have Bill joining the program this season," stated Head Coach Jim Walker, who is in his 35th year leading the Greyhounds. "He brings a tremendous amount of knowledge about the game, and we are looking forward to him working with our players on a daily basis. The guards are really excited to learn offensive skills from Bill."

McCaffrey graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School in 1989 and went onto Duke University for two years and scored 16 points in the Blue Devils' 1991 national title win over the University of Kansas. After that season, McCaffrey sat out a year while transferring to Vanderbilt University where he was named a two-time All-American.
