Ratcliff Named Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Junior forward Marquis Ratcliff from the Moravian University's men's basketball squad has been named as the Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger for his performance last week.

Ratcliff averaged 18.0 points and 12.0 rebounds per game in a 1-1 week for the Greyhounds in Landmark Conference action. Ratcliff shot 16-for-28 from the floor, 1-for-7 on three-pointers and 3-for-5 at the foul line while contributing four blocked shots, three assists and a steal in 51 minutes of action. He had nine points, ten rebounds and two blocked shots in an 86-65 loss at Drew University. Ratcliff then had 27 points and 14 rebounds for his 25th career double-double to go with two assists and two blocked shots in a 115-82 win over Elizabethtown College in a game that set the program record for points in a game in Johnston Hall.

The Greyhounds are slated to return to the hardwood on Wednesday, February 12 in a Landmark Conference contest at The University of Scranton tipping off at 7:00 p.m.

The Moravian Student-Athlete of the Week Fueled by Honey Stinger is selected on Mondays by Moravian's athletic department leadership team.
