HARRISBURG, Pa. --- The Moravian College golf team moved up one spot during the second round to finish fifth of eight teams at the 36-hole Landmark Conference Fall Invitational hosted by Elizabethtown College at the Dauphin Highlands Golf Club.
The Greyhounds posted a four-man score of 324 on Sunday to finish with a 643 for the two-day tournament while Goucher College finished first with a 613.
Junior Nick Kuhn finished in a tie for 11th of the 40 players with a 36-hole score of 159 after a 79 on Sunday that included a birdie and 10 pars. Senior Joe Rochelle tied for 13th with a 160 after carding an 83 on Sunday with a birdie and seven pars while sophomore Kody Kolnik was tied for 15th with a 161 after recording a 78 in the second round that included two eagles, two birdies and five pars. Senior Kody Long shot an 84 on Sunday with a birdie and eight pars to finish in a tie for 23rd at 164 while sophomore Thomas Lakata was tied for 28th with a 166 after a final round of 84 that included eight pars.
The Greyhounds will close out the fall portion of their 2018-19 season on Monday, October 22 at the Lebanon Valley College Invitational at the Lebanon Country Club with tee off at 12:00 p.m.
