Hounds Welcome Leadership Speaker Captain Justin Bokmeyer for Men's Lacrosse Squad

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's lacrosse program welcomed Captain Justin Bokmeyer to campus on Tuesday, September 26 to talk about leadership skills with the Greyhound student-athletes and coaching staff.

Cpt. Bokmeyer is currently the Director of Lacrosse Operations for the United States Military Academy – West Point, and he is a former Major League Lacrosse player and former team captain at Army during his collegiate career.'

"Captain Bokmeyer is an expert in leadership and knows what it takes to excel at the highest levels of lacrosse," stated Moravian College Head Coach Dave Carty. "He knows how to be a great leader on and off of the field. It was great to see our players interacting with him and learning what it takes to lead a team. It's important for the growth of our players to educate them on what it takes to be a success on the field and how it will translate to their lives off the field."

The Greyhounds are currently in the middle of their fall non-traditional season. The squad is slated to begin the 2018 season on Saturday, February 24 in a match at Alfred (N.Y.) University beginning at 1:00 p.m.
