Laratta Scores 100th Point as Greyhounds Top Saint Joseph's (Maine) in Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. --- The Moravian College men's lacrosse team opened its 2018 Spring Break trip to Orlando with a 13-7 win over Saint Joseph's (Maine) College Tuesday.

Junior attack Mark Laratta netted three goals and added two assists to become the sixth player in school history to reach 100 career points, now with 104, and Laratta also had four ground balls and two caused turnovers in the win. Sophomore attack Cade Siddron also had five points on four goals and an assist while junior midfielder Dominick Gurreri netted three goals.

Junior attack Austin Adams added a goal and three assists while freshman attack Connor Hull and sophomore midfielder Kevin Darling each netted one goal.

Freshman goalie Will Dadouris made 14 saves in his first collegiate victory while freshman long stick midfielder Tanner Leslie contributed six ground balls and three caused turnovers. Junior long stick midfielder John Kerrison scooped up three ground balls while junior defender Anthony Pontone had a pair of caused turnovers.

The Hounds are scheduled to play Wentworth Institute of Technology at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 10 in Davenport, Florida.
