Moravian Men Earn Swimming Program's First Dual Meet Win with Eight Point Victory at Juniata

HUNTINGDON, Pa. --- The Moravian University men's swimming squad earned its first win as a varsity program in the Greyhounds' inaugural season with a 52-44 victory at Landmark Conference foe Juniata College Saturday.

How It Happened

  • Freshman Harrison Ziegler earned the first win of the season in the 800-meter freestyle with a time of 10:32.94, and he was also victorious in the 400-meter freestyle in 4:54.14
  • Freshman Davin Glynn won the 200-meter freestyle in 2:31.57, and he also took first in the 100-meter butterfly with a time of 1:06.08. Glynn was the runner-up in the 100-meter breaststroke in a time of 1:32.27
  • Freshman Billy Stergianopoulos posted a time of 29.84 to place second in the 50-meter freestyle, and he was also the runner-up in the 100-meter freestyle in 1:12.57 and second in the 100-meter backstroke in 1:30.41
