FREDERICKSBURG, Va. --- The Moravian College men's tennis team had a pair of student-athletes compete in 2017 Intercollegiate Tennis Association Southeast Regional Tournament hosted by the University of Mary Washington on Friday and Saturday, September 29-30.

Junior Peter Demyan participated in the opening round of the Championship Singles bracket, falling in straight sets to a player from Bridgewater (Va.) College. Demyan and classmate Peter Schefer also played in the Championship Doubles flight, falling to a duo from Averett (N.C.) University.

Schefer played in the B3 Single bracket, falling to a player from Goucher College in straight sets.

Moravian has completed the fall portion of its 2017-18 season and is not scheduled to return to action until Saturday, February 24 in a non-conference match at Rutgers-Camden beginning at 12:00 p.m.
