Greyhounds Fall at Goucher in Landmark Conference Quarterfinals to End 2021 Season

TOWSON, Md. --- The sixth seeded Moravian College men's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to third seed Goucher College in the Landmark Conference Quarterfinal Saturday. 

How It Happened

  • The Greyhounds started the match with a 2-0 lead as the Gophers defaulted at third doubles and sixth singles due to injury
  • The Gophers earned wins at first and second doubles, and then first, second and third singles to reach the fifth point needed for the team victory to end the contest
