Greyhounds have Multiple Top Finishes in 12 Events at East Stroudsburg University DeSchriver Invitational

East Stroudsburg, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's indoor track & field competed at the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in the 19th Annual DeSchriver Invitational.

The Moravian men placed sixth in the 4x200-meter relay with the "A" relay team of junior Chris Antoine, sophomore Evan Lutz, freshman Michael Elo and junior Brian Stock running a time of 1:36.18. Junior Devon Harris had an outstanding performance in the 800-meter run, placing first with a time of 1:58.61. In the 3,000-meter run, junior Benjamin Smith crossed the finish line in tenth place with a time of 9:29:48.

In the men's field events, junior Scott Goodwin placed first in the pole vault at a height of 4.26 meters (13-11.75) while in the men's triple jump, sophomore Roland Cash jumped 12.93 meters (42-05.25) landing him in fourth place.

The Greyhounds are slated to return to action until Friday, February 9 when they will travel to New York City for the New York University Invitational at NYC Armory at 2:00 p.m.
