LANCASTER, Pa. --- The Moravian College men's indoor track & field squad had a portion of the team compete at the Coach I Open hosted by Franklin & Marshall College Saturday.
The Greyhounds had two top 10 finishes with sophomore Max Schuman finished sixth in the pole vault, clearing a height of 4.11 meters (13-5.75) and freshman Sherwin Stewart taking tenth in the triple jump with a leap of 12.86 meters (42-2.25). Senior Nicholas Cephas ran a career-best time of 8.98 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles for the Greyhounds' other top performance.
The entire Moravian team is set to return to action on Saturday, February 1 when the squad travel to the Bomber Invitational at Ithaca (N.Y.) College.
