Why did you choose Moravian College?
The reason behind picking Moravian College was because of the top end art program. The track team is just a bonus and I couldn't see myself fitting anywhere else.
What is your major and why?
Studio art is my major and that is because art has always been a passion of mine.
What has been your favorite course at Moravian and why?
Advanced drawing is my favorite course due to the fact that it is demanding and also i get to draw all the time.
What are your plans for the future once you finish your degree at Moravian?
I thought it would always be neat to work as a story board drawer for pixar or disney. So working for one of these companies is my main goal.
What is your most memorable moment as a Greyhound?
Most memorable moment is when I went to NCAA's for my first time and finished as and All- American in pole vault.
How has being an athlete helped you as a student and in the classroom?
It has helped me work harder in my studies. Nothing comes easy.
What is the hardest part of your sport?
The hardest part of my sport is staying mentally focused believe it or not. Pole vault is a completely mental sport and you have to stay positive in order to do well.
Why is community service important to your role as a student-athlete at Moravian?
Community service is always an important role to take part of. It shows that you are willing to step out of your way to give a helping hand to the community.
What advice do you have for a prospective Moravian College student-athlete?
My advice to future student- athletes is never take advantage of what you have. Work hard in everything you do because there will always be a positive outcome in the future.
