Rebecca Rhodes joined the Moravian track & field coaching staff as a jumps coach in 2014-15. Coach Rhodes spent seven years as a club coach at Salem Track Club and Emerald Valley Track Club where she coached four USATF Junior Olympic national qualifiers.

Coach Rhodes also has two years of experience at Lane Community College where she assisted in overall structure of program resulting in winning four team championships, which was the first time in 18 years for LCC. She coached 6 school record holders, 61 NWAACC All Americans, and 24 NWAACC champions in two years of coaching at LCC.

Personally, coach Rhodes was a five-time high school state champion, two-time Pac-12 scorer in the long jump, NCAA Regional Qualifier in the 100 meter hurdles and the long jump, ranked in top 10 all time at the University of Oregon for indoor and outdoor short hurdles and the long jump.
