Molly Sear joins the Moravian coaching staff to oversee the jumpers in 2023-24. Coach Sear grew up in Johnstown, New York, and she graduated from Ithaca College in 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education. In 2023, Sear graduated from Springfield (Mass.) College with a Master’s of Education in Athletic Leadership where she also led the jumps group of the Springfield College Track & Field as a Graduate Assistant coach.
