Why did you choose Moravian College?
I chose Moravian College because of its hospitality, educational opportunities, and running program.

What is your major and why?
I am majoring in English because I love to write and I enjoy analyzing and editing all forms of writing.

What has been your favorite course at Moravian and why?
My favorite course at Moravian College, thus far, has been my German class. I have a great appreciation for the German language and Professor Long is an amazing man!

What are your plans for the future once you finish your degree at Moravian?
Once I graduate from Moravian College, I plan on becoming a publisher at a publishing firm with the hopes of one day running my own.

What is your most memorable moment as a Greyhound?
My most memorable moment as a Greyhound is when I took my girlfriend out to dinner at Mama Nina’s and surprised her with a gift bag for her birthday.

How has being an athlete helped you as a student?
Being an athlete has helped me to develop time management skills that has enabled me to better handle my workload.

What is the hardest part of your sport?
The hardest part of running cross country is putting in all of the miles, especially when you have to go for 14 mile runs at times (currently).

Name one obstacle or form of adversity you have had to overcome.
I had to overcome the obstacle of transitioning from the 3k of high school to the 8k of college cross country.

Why is community service important to your role as a student-athlete at Moravian?
Giving back is the least thing I can do for all that God has provided me with as a runner and person.

What advice do you have for a prospective Moravian College student-athlete?
All good things come in due time. Believe in God and yourself and good things will find their way into your life.
