Why did you choose Moravian College?
I chose Moravian College not only because of the beautiful campus, but because of the strong sense of community, small class size, and the successful softball program.

What is your major and why?
My major is psychology with a minor in sociology. I hope to some day work in a hospital and counsel young children.

What has been your favorite course at Moravian and why?
My favorite course at Moravian so far has been Juvenile Delinquency. To me, it is extremely interesting learning about kids and why they commit these delinquent acts. The professor is also really awesome

What are your plans for the future once you finish your degree at Moravian?
After I graduate from Moravian, I hope to attend grad school and continue my education in counseling psychology

What is your most memorable moment as a Greyhound?
So far, my most memorable moment at Moravian would have to be our incredible season last year. It was amazing playing with my teammates and winning conference, regionals, and having a great run at super regionals. It's something I'll never forget!

How has being an athlete helped you as a student?
Being student-athlete has helped me academically because I focus more on time-management. I am well organized and have a certain schedule in which I need to complete my work.

What is the hardest part of your sport?
The hardest part of softball is the mental aspect of the game. Everyone has their "off" days and the hardest part is accepting those off days, being mentally tough, and pushing yourself to get better from them.

Why do you wear your jersey number?
I wear number 3 because I used to be number 33 my whole life, but when I came to college I decided to chose number 3 since it was easier.

Name one obstacle or form of adversity you have had to overcome.
A tough obstacle I have had to overcome is adjusting to the college life at Moravian. It is a huge adjustment for anyone to make, but I had to overcome an extreme case of homesickness.

Why is community service important to your role as a student-athlete at Moravian?
Community service is extremely important. Being such a small school, there are always opportunities to get out there and volunteer in the area. It is great to know that you helped and made a difference in someone's life.

What advice do you have for a prospective Moravian College student-athlete?
I would advise student-athletes coming to Moravian to cherish every moment they have playing the sport they love. I would also say to use every day at Moravian as an opportunity to grow not only as an athlete but as an individual.
