Josie Novak returns to the Moravian staff in 2022 for a secodn year as pitching coach. Novak, a 2018 Moravian graduate, was named the  Landmark Conference Pitcher of the Year three-times and an All-Conference First Team honorer four times. The 2017 National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division III Second Team All-American made the NFCA All-East Region team thee times with a First Team in 2017, a Second Team in 2018 and the Third Team in 2016. Novak was second in school history with 651 strikeouts, second all-time with 33 shutouts, second all-time in wins with 76, third in program history with an .817 winning percentage (76-17), third in school history in innings pitched with 608.2, tied for third all-time with four saves, fifth in program history with a 1.39 ERA and had one no-hitter.
