Tim Potopa is joining the women's basketball coaching staff for a third year in 2020-21. Tim came to Moravian with 22 years of coaching experience with stints at Albright College and Muhlenberg College with both the men's and women's teams, Kutztown University with the men's program and Wilson West Lawn High School with the boys' team.

Off the basketball court, Tim has 34 years of experience working in education as a teacher, college admissions and academic advising and as a high school counselor, retiring from the Muhlenberg School District. He is currently a part-time academic advisor at Northampton Community College. Tim also served on an advisory committee to the NCAA Initial Eligibility Center from 2009 until 2012.

Tim has a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education from Kutztown, and he has earned a Masters of Education in Higher Education/Secondary Gudiance Certificate from Kutztown and a Masters of Education in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University.
