Sara Steinman begins her seventh season on the Moravian staff and her first as Assistant Athletic Director for Wellness and Title IX.

Sara was a member of the Lady Greyhound Basketball team from 2004-2006, and served as an assistant coach with the program from 2009 through 2015. As point guard, Sara was an integral member of the team that received an NCAA bid in 2006. In 2006, Sara transferred to Kean University and joined the softball team. She had a very successful career at Kean as a second baseman leading the team in 2008 to the NCAA tournament advancing to the regionals. Sara holds the single season records for doubles and home runs, as well as the career mark for home runs.

She graduated from Kean University in January 2010 with a degree in Health and Physical Education and graduted in May 2014 from East Stroudsburg University with a Masters degree in Sports Management.
