MADISON, N.J. --- The Moravian College women's soccer team played to a 2-2, double-overtime draw on the road at Drew University in Landmark Conference action Saturday.

The Greyhounds, now 7-3-2 overall and 2-2-1 in Landmark Conference contests, took a 1-0 lead in the 30th minute when freshman midfielder Alexa Brown scored her first collegiate goal. The contest would remain at 1-0 through the rest of the first half.

The Rangers would knot the score at 1-1 in the 51st minute on a penalty kick. Moravian retook the lead in the 65th minute when junior defender Paige Weiss knocked in a corner kick from senior forward Gabby Stelzmiller for her second goal of the season. The assist was Stelzmiller's ninth of the season and 17th of her career as she moved into a tie for fifth in school history. Drew answered again with a goal in the 77th minute to force overtime.

While Moravian had a 19-15 advantage in shots in the match, it was the Rangers who had a 6-3 edge in shots in the two ten-minute overtimes. Greyhound junior goalie Jamie Daly recorded three of her five total saves in the match in the final overtime including a span of two in 30 seconds on a long, looping shot and then a point-blank shot. The Blue and Grey had a shot to win the contest in the final minute but senior midfielder Shae Duka had her shot from inside the box knocked away.

The Hounds are slated to return to action on Tuesday, October 16 when the squad welcomes Marywood University to John Makuvek Field for a non-conference contest beginning at 7:00 p.m.
