BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's soccer team opens its 2024 season on Friday, August 30 when the Hounds host Lebanon Valley College under the lights on John Makuvek Field at 7:00 p.m. to kickoff the campaign.
Eleventh-year Head Coach Jeff Ykoruk returns 19 players including ten seniors. The Greyhounds return five Landmark All-Conference honorees this fall including 2023 Landmark Conference Defensive Player of the Year and United Soccer Coaches All-Region V Second Team selection senior defender Hailey Scaff, who was on the All-Conference First Team. Senior midfielder Anika Buzzy, senior forward Carly Pyatt and senior defender Cori Pursel all made the Landmark All-Conference Second Team in 2023 while senior midfielder Sydney DeFranco was a member of the Landmark All-Conference Honorable Mention squad.
