BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women's swimming squad fell to visiting Goucher College, 89-62, and Susquehanna University, 125-45, in a double dual meet at Liberty High School's Memorial Pool Saturday afternoon as the Greyhounds competed for the first time in six weeks.
How It Happened
- Sophomore Catie Lovett won the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 26.09 seconds, and she placed second in the 100-yard freestyle in 59.28 seconds
- Senior Jaelyn Mitchell recorded a second-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 1:09.04, and she placed fourth in the 500-yard freestyle in 6:28.10
- Senior Marissa Werner finished third in the 50-yard freestyle in 27/43 seconds, and she was also third in the 100-yard backstroke in a personal best time of 1:11.41
- Sophomore Sarah Mazzetti posted a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard individual medley in 2:44.06, and she was also fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:25.74
- The Hounds 400-yard medley relay squad of Lovett, Mazzeti, Mitchell and Werner swam a time of 4:41.97 to finish third to begin the meet, and the quartet placed second in the 400-yard freestyle relay in a time of 4:13.67 to finish the competition
