Women's Tennis Ranked 19th in Atlantic South by ITA

SKILLMAN, N.J. --- The Moravian College women's tennis team is ranked 19th in the Atlantic South in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III rankings.

The Greyhounds are 14-3 on the season and finished the Landmark Conference regular season at 5-1 to earn the second seed in the 2014 Landmark Tournament that begins next week.

"I am so happy and proud of the seniors on this year's team who are leading the squad in the conference tournament and receiving a regional ranking," stated Head Coach Dawn Ketterman-Benner.

Moravian posted an 8-1 win at rival Muhlenberg College last October, and the Mules are ranked 20th in the Atlantic South.

The Greyhounds, who had a match at Ursinus College cancelled on Thursday as the Bears needed to make up a Centennial Conference match with Muhlenberg, will return to action on Tuesday, April 22 when Moravian hosts third seed The Catholic University of America in a Landmark Semifinal match at Hoffman Courts beginning at 3:00 p.m.
