Women's Tennis Falls to Regis (Mass.) in Last Match of Spring Trip to Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. --- The Moravian College women's tennis team finished its Spring Break trip to the Orlando area with a 6-3 loss to Regis (Mass.) College Wednesday afternoon.

The Greyhounds, who are 4-3 on the year after a 2-2 trip, trailed 2-1 after doubles action with the duo of senior Brittney Eady and junior Skylar Oliwa posting an 8-1 victory at first doubles in the first contest to finish on the day.

Eady would also earn a win at first singles with a 6-0, 6-2 victory while freshman Eiman Nazif posted a 6-1, 6-0 triumph at third singles that briefly tied the contest at 2-2. Freshman Lauren Steinert and junior Grace Bailly both forced third sets in the singles contests.

Moravian is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, March 18 when the squad travels to Ursinus College for a non-conference contest beginning at 3:00 p.m.
