Emma Angle honored as Landmark Conference Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week

TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian College sophomore Emma Angle has been honored as the Landmark Conference Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week for her performance last week.

Angle had a perfect week in singles and doubles action as the Greyhounds posted a pair of 9-0 wins. She dropped just two points in a pair of victories at second singles and she combined with junior Eiman Nazif for two wins at first doubles, dropping just one game.

"Emma had a really solid week for us this week as her game continues to develop," said Director of Tennis Aaron Wilf. "Emma has become such a consistent performer for our program both in singles and doubles, and we know the kind of effort we'll get from her on a daily basis."

Moravian is slated to close out the fall portion of its 2018-19 season on Tuesday, October 2 when the Hounds host Marywood University in a non-conference match beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Hoffman Courts.
