Moravian Women Participate in Lehigh Games

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's track & field squad participated in the Lehigh University Games Saturday in the Greyhounds' final meet before the 2018 Landmark Conference Championships.

Sophomore Carly Danoski had the top finish for the women's squad as she was the runner-up in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:15.14 while senior Kirsten Lebo was seventh in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 13:51.81. Senior Sarah Hughes placed eighth in the 1,500-meter run in 4:51.35 while junior Anna Osman was tenth in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:07.60.

Senior Casie Cronk finished sixth in the high jump with a mark of 1.58 meters (5-2.25) while senior Beth Ann Davies placed fourth in the pole vault at a height of 3.20 meters (10-6). Senior Trista Cunningham was sixth in the discus with a toss of 40.76 meters (133-9).

Moravian will look to defend their Landmark Conference Championships at the 2018 meet being hosted by Elizabethtown College on Saturday and Sunday, May 5-6. The women have claimed all 10 Landmark Conference Outdoor titles.
