TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian College sophomore middle blocker Taylor Kornmann has been selected as the Landmark Conference Women's Volleyball Athlete of the Week for her performance last week.

Kornmann averaged 3.14 kills per set last week as she contributed 22 kills in seven sets. Kornmann also had three solo blocks last week to lead the Hounds.

"TK has been an offensive force for us at the net all year," commented Head Coach Shelley Bauder. "She has added different shots to her repertoire this season which makes it difficult for opponents to defend her."

Moravian will return to action on Wednesday, October 15 in a non-conference match at Penn State-Berks starting at 7:00 p.m.
